Michael was always willing to go above and beyond to help us find a home, meeting on short notice, scheduling multiple viewings as quickly as possible in a hot market, FaceTiming us when we were out of state and in another time zone to tour homes, helping us narrow down locations that would be good for us, explaining and talking through options for us, sending homes he found himself for us, and putting in 15(!) offers for us before we finally found a home. Michael kept things positive, always had a back up plan, and never made us feel like we were being difficult or taking up too much time. As first time buyers we felt completely prepared and taken care of, Michael is as trustworthy as they come and we are so thankful to have had him guiding us. We will absolutely return to Michael for all our future moves!
